The Swedish Agency for Digital Government (DIGG) signs a framework agreement with Softhouse

The Swedish Agency for Digital Government (DIGG) has selected Softhouse as one of several suppliers in a framework agreement for various types of consulting services. DIGG’s ambition is to make Sweden the best in the world at utilizing the opportunities of digitalization and has been tasked by the government to coordinate digitalization efforts in public administration.

The Swedish Agency for Digital Government has chosen to enter into a framework agreement with Softhouse for software development consulting services. The agreement has a maximum duration of 4 years. It will provide the opportunity to deliver expertise in several different roles and technology areas, such as software development, UI/UX, Business Intelligence, AI, and more.

It is very exciting and honorable for us to be part of such a strategic and important aspect of the digitalization of our society, as DIGG’s mission entails, says Sara Mårtensson, CEO of Softhouse.

The framework agreement aims to support future competence needs within the scope of DIGG’s mission. The agency has been entrusted by the government to oversee the digital infrastructure of government agencies and to contribute to coordinating and managing their digitalization efforts. The ambition level is high, with the vision of making Sweden a world leader in public digitalization and contributing to a sustainable welfare society.

 

The estimated total value of the agreement is 300 million SEK.
