Softhouse develops digital business, software, businesses and people through everything we do. Today we are almost 200 colleagues spread over seven different offices and we are growing all the time. We are always looking for more talent who can become part of our team. Of course, there are opportunities for both internal and external assignments.

Who (we think) you are

You are curious about what the future has to offer after your degree and would like to get to know us at Softhouse better. You have a great passion for technology and problem solving, follow the technical development closely. You care about the details of each project and have the ambition to deliver great applications with high quality.

Internship, degree projects or other collaborations

What We offer

As far as we have the opportunity, we accept students continuously for both internships and degree projects. When you are with us, you receive ongoing guidance. You can also work in teams with other colleagues from Softhouse. We like to develop people and therefore knowledge sharing is a big part of our DNA. We offer and encourage continuous competence development.

Briefly about us

Softhouse Consulting was one of the very first companies to introduce agile methodology in Sweden and we signed our first agile contract back in 2002. Since then, we have supported some of Sweden’s leading companies to develop their software operations. We have now advised and coached several agile transformations, trained several thousand Scrum Masters and published over 20 publications in lean and agile leadership.

In 2016, we took a new important step by introducing Softhouse Invest AB. In a market where the wheels are rolling faster and faster and the demands are constantly increasing on specialization and professionalism, new forms of collaboration are needed. Through our investment activities, we can further deepen the collaboration with our customers, offer active capital where our partner is given the opportunity to benefit from our software expertise and at the same time be financially strengthened.
