The digitalization company Softhouse continues its growth journey in northern Sweden. With five new employees joining the Luleå office, the company is strengthening its position as an AI consultant and digital transformation expert in the region.

Our new experts – from system development to AI specialization
The new team members include four system developers – Andreas Bäärnhielm, Jakob Moe, Mohammed Shakir, and Sorin Sandru – with diverse backgrounds in software architecture, web development, and cloud solutions, as well as one junior developer, Magnus Stenfelt, with a focus on AI and machine learning.
This mix gives us both breadth and depth – exactly what’s needed to meet the growing demand for AI solutions and digital services among companies in Luleå and across Norrbotten.

Following the acquisition of Luleå-based consultancy Neava at the end of 2022, Softhouse has established a strong foothold in the region. Today, the Luleå office has more than 20 employees – with the goal of doubling that number in the coming years.
