Ardiana Spahija is a Marketing Manager at Softhouse with over 11 years of experience in strategic and operational marketing within the tech industry. She has a unique background that blends architecture, communication, and leadership — along with a deep understanding of Lean and Agile from both an educational and business perspective.
Ardiana began her journey in architecture, visualization, and communication, but transitioned early into leadership and organizational development. With a Master’s degree as her foundation, she has since built broad and deep competence across marketing, communication, SEO/AISEO, digital sales, and brand strategy.
At Softhouse — one of the first companies in Scandinavia to actively work with Lean and Agile — Ardiana has played a central role in shaping and communicating these perspectives to the market. She has completed certifications as both Scrum Master and Product Owner, and has contributed to the development of training concepts, tools, and games related to Agile, Continuous Delivery, and Kanban.
She is passionate about driving change through data, AI, and design — combining systems thinking with creativity in everything from content production to implementing new platforms. Ardiana has worked on initiatives such as Lean Magazine, the content format “AI in 5 Minutes,” and the group’s digital presence.
