Melanie is a Tech Lead and AI/ML developer who specializes in the practical implementation of AI solutions. Her experience includes projects within computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), and privacy-preserving technologies.

With a Master of Science in Engineering Physics and a background in the telecom industry, Melanie has developed a strong ability to bridge innovation, AI/ML, and business strategy. During her time in telecom, she focused on developing solutions that combine AI/ML with privacy-preserving technologies.

At Softhouse, she has played key roles in several projects. She has led the development of systems for automated analysis of construction blueprints and facilitated AI workshops where technology meets real business challenges.
