Softhouse Project “Neuron” – Automated Interpretation of Requests and CVs

Managing incoming project requests and matching them with the right consultants is a time-consuming process for consulting organizations. In the Neuron project, we developed an AI-based solution that automatically identifies key data in incoming emails and matches it against available consultant CVs.

By analyzing mandatory and complementary skills, along with details such as availability dates, location, and role requirements, the system can quickly suggest the right candidates—thereby streamlining the entire sales and resource planning process.

What we did

  • Developed a model for automated extraction of requirement data from emails

  • Created a tool for intelligent matching between CVs and assignment descriptions

  • Built the foundation for a more proactive and data-driven lead management process

Business impact

With the new solution, Neuron can:
