A modern digital solution combining performance, security, and real business value

Notar, one of Sweden’s leading real estate agencies, faced a growing challenge: their website was built on an outdated framework (Ispy) that could no longer keep up with evolving technical demands or user expectations. The technical debt made it expensive and time-consuming to add new features — limiting Notar’s ability to innovate and respond to market needs.

Together with Softhouse, Notar rebuilt their entire web platform from the ground up. The new solution is a modern, mobile-optimized site built in Vue, fully integrated with Vitec (their property data system), AWS, and Google Analytics.

We also developed a custom support system to manage property data and media in areas where Vitec didn’t offer sufficient flexibility. The platform has since been extended to support Notar’s international offices, including operations in Spain.
