Making internal information accessible with conversational AI
At Softhouse, we’ve developed an “Officebot” – an AI assistant trained on our internal documentation such as the employee handbook. Built using a large language model (LLM), the bot lives in Slack and answers everyday employee questions instantly and accurately.
It understands the context of questions, handles follow-ups, and avoids overwhelming users with full documents – offering dynamic, relevant replies instead. The Officebot is a practical, real-world example of LLM technology supporting internal efficiency.
