Rebecka Lindhe is the Chief Digital Sales & Marketing Officer at Softhouse — a role in which she leads digitalization, marketing, and sales with a focus on measurable growth and long-term business value. With more than a decade of experience in the tech industry, and over six years on the Softhouse Group management team, she has been a key driver in evolving the brand, implementing AI, and building a strong, growth-oriented culture.

She began her career at the intersection of communication, strategy, and digital development, but quickly transitioned into leadership and business. Over the years, she has built deep expertise in digital marketing, AI-driven strategies, content, and sales, and is passionate about transforming technology and data into real customer value.

Softhouse — one of the first companies in Scandinavia to actively apply Lean and Agile methodologies — has had a strong focus on value creation through technology since its founding in 1996. In this environment, Rebecka has played a central role in renewing and deepening how we communicate our offering and how we position our companies in the market.

She has led two major rebrandings of the Softhouse Group, implemented AI-supported processes within marketing and sales, and helped build the group’s digital presence from the ground up. Always with a clear purpose: to unite business, technology, and people in everything we do.
